Thought that each time he came in centrally he looked miles better than out wide. Him and Bernard are not wingers and it shows. When both play centrally they have much more influence and look comfortable. League 1 opposition I know but they both did well.

How anyone can defend the players after that is beyond me. The 'effort' they put in was not acceptable in any way. The tactics may have been wrong but tactics don't stop you putting effort in. In all honesty Ancelotti should have been able to say go out and win considering the opposition.
