Well, Bein Sports have just jibbed my stream - done me a favour tbh.

It always frustrated me that he didn’t start Jacobsen in that game - not that he was a world beater, like, but on the day he was more competent than Hibbo.

How, in the name of Almighty God (well, it’s Easter weekend after all) does Michael Keane get employed as a professional footballer?

Match Thread Everton 0-2 Man City. Sat April 19th. 3pm

It’s a strange one - I was opposed to Moyes coming back as I’m a big believer in not returning to managers again and again - even with Howard it was diminishing returns each time. However, he’s totally turned the team around and proved me (and anyone who thought like me) completely wrong. Fair...

It pains me to agree, but yeah, they look pretty swish.

    Graham Potter - Poll

Moyes would be an improvement on Dyche but no. Just: NO. If it didn’t work for the club’s most successful ever manager, why would it work for Moyes? Also, I doubt Moyes would accept a “short term” move.

Hopefully his starting bid is 93 million Ugandan dollars.

An absolute farce from start to finish. A mob with pitchforks and torches is obviously needed to get Moshiri out - he doesn’t seem to be interested in leaving otherwise.

Anthony Taylor, heroically unbiased in the middle. <adjusts glasses, re-reads notes> Apologies, that should read “heroically biased”.

I love that people outside of Everton look in and think that we had some sort of coherent transfer plan to beat relegation. It’s like those art critics who rave about the beauty and intelligence shown in an abstract painting, only for it to be revealed that the artist was a chimp.

Jim Beglin stroking himself into oblivion courtesy of Haaland’s frankly freaky goal. Just what I need at 1am Australian time.

They’re a nation state, awash with petrodollars, whose negative reaction to any sort of punishment from the league could be catastrophic for the UK economy. Of course they’re going to be protected - money talks.

    David Moyes

Time was I’d’ve steadfastly refused to have Moyes back at Goodison - so I was very surprised to recently realise that I’d be happy to see him back. I honestly do not know what West Ham fans want from him. He’s given them stability, kept them up and won a European trophy. He can be too cautious...

    Bill Kenwright

Very sad to see him go, and at a time when his stock with supporters probably couldn’t have been much lower. I think he was fundamentally a good man, who made some mistakes, but loved the club dearly - as we all do. He reminds me a little of something I once heard about the city of Liverpool...
