    Jack Butland

I rem last week someone on here saying Moyes will deffo sign a keeper... I dont think they thought he would be forking out 6m though lol... I have to say if we sign this guy that they kept it well under the radar... Go in at the last minute and keep out of a bidding war... Hopefully one for the...

    Ross Barkley

I would think he may go by the end of the day or in the next week or so. I think finding the right club for him and also that our squad numbers are thin. So if we sign a couple of players today we could well see him going on loan for 3/6 months.

    Kevin Doyle

Irish TV this morning say Everton have made a 9m euro bid for Doyle. Wolves want 12m euro.... I hope this is paper talk....

    Why we dont 'need' investment

Do we need investment yes... We need a proper business plan or a multi billionaire who loves Everton( I don't know of any). The problem i have with the current board is that they seem to be running the club from day to day with no business plan. We need to re develop Goodison Park. We do not...

Moyes still looking to do some business

I believe we got 12/15m for Rodwell, 1m for Cahill and 2m for Yobo. We spent 4.5m on peanuts and 5.3m for Kevin. So i believe that since we didn't need to sell this year that Moyes will be given this money. He probably has in the region of 5m left to spend. The wage bill also in the last year...

    Kevin Mirallas

This may have some truth... He is in our prices range and he has versatility and Moyes loves a bit of versatility.... Also with our limited resources when you buy players from English clubs don't you have to pay 50% of the fee upfront while its negotiable with continental clubs. correct me if...

    Investment??

Just got it confirmed.. Genuine Chinese investment... My source quoted " Bill is fed up with the pies at half time so he has given the Chinese permission to invest in a state of the art Chinese takeaway inside the stadium"

The Everton Board Thread (Inc. Bill Kenwright / Blue Union)

I agree we neec change at the top... The problem is the price of the club plus the cost of a new stadium and investment in the squad... Let's say to buy the club is going to cost 150m then to build a new stadium another 150m and then at least 100m for players.... So anyone going to buy the club...

    Colin Fitz article on Toffeeweb

I have been thinking for the last 2 years that they are stripping the assets/debts of the club to maximise their profit on sale of the club. Bill has always said we are are well run and not over indebted. But for the last 2 years we are being told we have to sell as the banks want their money...

    Moyes, Time for a change.....??????

There is no point changing manager now. We first need new owners. I don't get to see Everton only when they are on TV as im on the other side of the irish sea. And it is not pretty what i see. I think from reading the forums that some fans are now starting to voice their anger at Moyes and i do...

Who's running this ship and where is it going?

Basically whats going on at EFC is an accounting exercise. Sell as many players for as much as you can get and reduce the overheads(Wages) without the club been relegated. I don't believe the banks put Kenwright under too much pressure to sell but i would think that maybe the other shareholders...
