An excellent actor. Visited the Marine Corps Museum several years ago and Gene Hackman narrated the introductory video. He was understandably very proud of his service.

Yup. Same. I liked the first episode but haven’t found it that interesting after that.
It’s a shame- lot of actors I really like in it (de Niro, Angela Bassett, Plemons, Connie Britton), but script is dull and unimaginative
One of the custodians in the school my mother worked at won about that much in the lottery. Nice fella—he kept working because he liked his co-workers, set up his kids with houses, and would regularly pay for breakfasts for the admin staff and teachers

It was part of a trip throughout Turkey during my graduate student years, so did everything on a shoestring budget. So I don’t have any advice on restaurants—it was mostly instant noodles on a camper stove!
Stayed and spent most of time in the historic downtown area (Kaleici sp?). Awesome place...
