    Skiing thread

Ok, do any of you lids or lidettes ski/board? If so provide some deets, recommendations for good mountains, etc. Any of you Eddie the Eagle? I had my Everton baseball cap on at Mont Ste Anne (in Quebec) last year and some Evertonians took my pic to send home. I was sick as dog at the time...

    Email Bill Simmons

http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/8307572/red-sox-nation-hits-reset-button Read this article. In it, he refers to the RS as "Liverpool's soccer team". The last I checked, Everton bore that designation. Email him and set him straight.

No one in the league took more points off of United and City than we did (excluding United and City themselves). Everton, Chelsea, Sunderland, Newcastle - 5 points RS, Stoke - 4 points Arsenal, Swansea, Blackburn, Wigan - 3 points Fulham, WBA - 2 points Tottenham, Norwich, Villa, QPR, Bolton...

To all 6,000 of the Evertonians who attended our win at Sunderland:

Respect. Much, much respect. Watching that huge end filled with Evertonians going ballistic after each goal gave me a smile that still hasn't wavered. You were loud and proud, and bossed that stadium. Carry on.

Worst straight red card call I have ever seen

I have seen some bad calls in my time, and certainly some bad reds, but that is the worse. Early in the game, the match was tame at that point, and Rodwell had done nothing to warrant extra scrutiny. And of course, the challenge was probably not a foul, and certainly not dangerous. Factor...
