    Everton v Newcastle. 15th March at 16.00.

Heard that some tool got a load of abuse from NUFC fans for doing an airplane gesture on the 17th minute, hope not true.

    Everton v Newcastle. 15th March at 16.00.

Big, big win. Decent performance though forgive me for not getting overly excited, still a load of poor, sloppy play and hardly looked in full control against a poor side with 10 men at home. Still, it was a clear improvement and hopefully a confidence boost ahead of Thursday.

West Ham v Everton: FA Cup 3rd round replay - Jan 13, 2015

This is the first time I've been proud of us in many months. Very unlucky to go out but the bigger story here is damn, we look like a football team again. HAVE to build on the performance.

    Today's Football 2014/15

I have to say it's an absolute disgrace our game - a bog standard PL match essentially - is being televised, ahead of a game like Blyth's. Think of what they could do with the money. Appalling.

Which referees should apologise to Everton FC boss Roberto Martinez?

None. We've had more than your fair share of awful decisions this year but it's nothing compared to how awful WE'VE been.

Do we like Baines in Mid Field?

No. An utterly absurd move, was genuinely laughing at the insanity of it.

    Pardew- In talks with Palace

Pardew is an appalling manager. That is all.

    Roberto Martinez discussion

I thought the Spurs performance was bad, but this was pitiful. The only thing that was "incredible" was the total lack of any cohesion and organisation. For the first time I'm doubting him.

    Everton v QPR. 15th Dec at 20.00.

Some great experts in here. The lad got clattered by a thuggish challenge, nothing to do with his previous injuries.

    Everton v QPR. 15th Dec at 20.00.

Oh and let's be clear, this isn't "ah, sign of a good team, playing poorly and winning". This is just highlighting our weaknesses again, but we've got away with it tonight.

    Everton v QPR. 15th Dec at 20.00.

I'm sure I'll get the usual "you should be happy, gosh, GOT complaining again" but this has been garbage. Let's not pretend the goals make it anything otherwise, we've been poor in possession, yet again poor at the back, at home to a poor team who are probably getting relegated. Particularly...

FA CUP 3RD ROUND DRAW DETAILS

As is the fact our game is on. Hey, won't say no to it but there are so many more games which deserve it, especially the smallest teams in the competition who could do with the money.

FA CUP 3RD ROUND DRAW DETAILS

If that's the complete list of TV games then it's an absolute shambles. Teams like Blyth, Gateshead and Wrexham getting royally done over. Appalling stuff IMO, completely against what this competition is supposed to be about.

VFL Wolfsburg Vs. Everton FC - Europa League Grp H - Thursday 27th Nov - 18:00KO

Not a performance that we're familiar with. A clinical, counter-attacking win. Usually it's us having more possession/territory, screwing up and then not winning. I genuinely think we could beat anyone in the competition. Performances like that show we know how to win "smart" in Europe too.

    The next 5 games:

So I thought we were supposed to get 3 points on Saturday? Seriously, I know it's fun to predict where we'll get our points but it's slightly cringeworthy to see fans thinking a couple of wins means we're going to be just winning week in week out. This is why exercises like this are at best a...

    Lukaku

Yep which is why he should avoid major criticism. All I and others are saying is there's such clear potential there to be better.

    The next 5 games:

One lesson I've learnt as I grow older is not to bother predicting individual results. Appreciate the sentiment - we've got winnable games on paper coming up. But as cliche as it is, let's not think a couple of wins means we're now going to steamroller past everyone. e.g. yes I think we should...

    James McCarthy

He's very quietly becoming a key part of our team. I don't really have much more to say about him but I mean that in a good way. He's learning from Barry, too, which is clear. Only criticism I'd have is I'd like to see him contribute a bit more going forward.

    Samuel Eto'o

Aldridge's comments aren't worth the oxygen he used making them. Bitter Kopite who is frustrated at how badly his own team are doing.

    Lukaku

If he learns how to control the ball he'll be one of Europe's best in a couple of years. Seriously. His technique needs major improvement but you can't deny the lad knows where the goal is. I just hope we get to see the full product in months and years to come. Thought despite the horror pass...
