Patience. Moyes always buys more at the end of the window.

    Transfer Rumour Kenny Tete

Can't be helped if players change their mind. It's never done until it's actually signed.

New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

A successful team easily. Look at the waiting list even now for a team that's been garbage for 30 years.

Match Thread Everton 2-0 Southampton. Sun May 18th. 12 pm

Thought Palace were great yesterday and in the semi final. Today was a pretty good atmosphere, was bouncing early on, but there's ultimately nothing on the game and it peters out second half. Other than the derby it's been a damp squib of a last season here.

It sounds very League One yes but League One clubs aren't getting millions in sponsorship.

You'd take it for a price though. Question is how much. The club have took if for 10 mill.

70 mill into the club. Get it spent this summer.

We'll all just call it the Angie anyway. (Dickinson).

Andy Hunter saying up to 10 mill a year. Not great really but it's money in the bank.

At least 15 million you'd hope. Usmanov paid 30 mill just for first option.

No chance it's that low. Usmanov paid more than that for the training ground name didn't he?

No idea what they are but you could even create a non league club to play there. Get a few thousand blues in when Everton aren't playing.

Any chance a non league team could play there as well (City of Liverpool perhaps). Would be good to have regular football on a Saturday there.

He only tries when he's playing for a contract.

    Today’s Football - 2024/25 Season

750 mill spent last few years and a fruitful Academy (Saka, Martinelli, Lewis Skelly, Nwaneri) you'd hope they'd be better.

    2024/25 David Moyes

It's more that he's cautious. Go a goal up and his instinct is sit back and protect it. Happy to settle for a draw rather than push for a win. Dyche is a defensive manager that plays horrible football. Moyes can play good football.

    Goodbye to Goodison

The last season here has been the biggest anti-climax. Last game will be a big occasion but 12pm on a Sunday with nothing to play for for either side is a bit of a washout. New era coming.

New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

It's not the aesthetic that's bad, it's just very deprived socially, more visible poverty and social problems than Walton which is bad enough. The walk from Seven Sisters station to the ground is an experience.
