Its always like this - for years season tickets in the Upper Bullens were £550 a season which worked out at £29 a game, but a one off ticket in those seats was £50 or more depending on the category. (the prices then went up over the last few years but it was still the same kinda difference)

The randomly allocated seat thing isn't great. What if you've got a season ticket and someone wants to come to a game with you.. normally you'd try and get them a seat nearby. What happens when it goes to re-sale? I'm guessing you can pick seats then?

Update: Just tried to install the Everton app and it won't install on my phone, saying the phone has been rooted and its a security risk. So without some serious messing around with it, or buying another cheap phone just to use for my season ticket, I won't be able to get in the stadium.

How do the digital season tickets work then? I've just stuck with the physical card up until now. From reading posts on here about not being about to share it I'm guessing it's locked to the phone in some way ?
