True, I'm sure he could play there if needed. From the clips I've seen of him looks like he can shoot too. If he takes to the Premier League I reckon he could be great.

Think he will be a great signing. Great technique and skill. May take him a while to get used to the Premier League but he has the ability. His versatility will be a major positive for the squad.

I agree but think we have to be careful to get the balance right. It's very hard in the market we're in to get the right players who can improve attacking output without hurting the defence.

Our defense is good imo. Good enough for Europe if we improve in attacking areas. Right wing and a strong attacking midfield\ box to box player will improve us far more than replacing O’Brien or Myko where we are more likely to become worse defensively, imo.

We could pick out bad games for any player.

Absolute rubbish. He’s very good at defending and has had Salah in his pocket before.

And for half the season we attacked more and still had one of the best defences. O’Brien is a great defender and Myko is great defensively against anyone. Our defence can get us in Europe if we can score enough goals and we don’t pick up too many injuries, imo.

Don’t understand why so many want to dismantle half of a defence that was champs league level. You’ll be the first people complaining when we start leaking goals after bringing in more attacking fullbacks who aren’t at the level needed to defend to the same standard. If we get a great right...

I reckon we’d try bringing someone like Ivanovic in if we sell Beto, hoping that either him or Barry would be able to make the step up. I’m for keeping Beto. He’s not pretty to watch but he finds ways to score and his strength and pace cause defenders issues.

Realistic target would be to hit a 55+ points target. "If" we buy well I think Moyes can get us competing for Europe. Our defence is great, we just need more goals. Just down to how much quality and depth we have come the end of the window.
