    Anichebe

Dead right Chris. Victor is an impact player at best. He is still unfit for a full game and carries the weight of a rugby player. also agree about Vellios.

    Areas to improve on?

If hibbert were a horse he'd be on the knackers van to the Meat Pie Factory. We also need two decent wingers and someone to partner Jelavic.

THE SUMMER OF 12: EVERTON PLAYER TRANSFER RUMOUR THREAD. IN AND OUT.

Fernandes has had a good season and is well-regarded there. 5 goals and 10 assists and a stand-out performer in the Europa League. Trouble is that Spurs are reckoned to be interested. I would love it if we could get him back.

Seamus Coleman - What the hell has happened?

One of the mysteries on here is the view that Hibbert is decent. When he was young he was awful but i thought he might improve; 10 years later he is terrible. Does he never practice? Two good centres at Old Trafford is not enough. And now that Robinson has left Bolton, he is the worst full back...

Jelavic must establish himself at Everton

Neville in midfield and Hibbert at full back... its been torture for years. Thank God we've had Baines at LB.

    Danny Simpson

Hibbert is so bad it hurts. Oh, for a decent right back.

What or who do we actually need to sign?

Pienarr left for the money; he knew that he was not going to play ahead of Bale. Plus and this is the clincher Harry said that he was on 70K a week in a throaway comment. makes sense this is his last big contract.

What or who do we actually need to sign?

In an ideal world, Pienarr would be a must. But... But I think we can make better use of the money. 30 years old so no resale value, transfer fee required, crazy weekly wedge.. Moses on the right; Jarvis on the left; new RB anyone will do, and Holden from Bolton. thats it folks.

    Royston Drenthe

Drenthe was very productive for EFC in terms of goals and assists. He was, along with Jelavic, undoubedtedly our most talented player. He was also great on the ball, pacy and imaginative. Qualities that no other forward has at the Club. He is light years better than Billy so lets not distrort...

    Seamus Coleman

Give the lad a chance. The club has tolerated the biggest load of crap at right back for an entire decade and no-one will give Seamus a decent run at his natural position. We have no money to buy a better right back, so give him a Seamus a shout. If he fails then flog him.

David Moyes and Phil Neville love in: part 23567

More Neville and Hibbert...Its going to be really exciting, lots of good football and trophies galore next season, eh?

    Fellaini's best performance

Fellani has been immense this season. I like a wind-up as much as anyone but Lucas is waaaaay behind Fellani.

Does Rooney now deserve a bit more respect?

Rooney did the smart thing in leaving EFC, not the loyal thing and now my take on that affair was how little our Chairman got for the best English player since Gascoigne. I too sense that he would like to come back but we really need a decent team to entice him back and while our Chairman is...

    Drenthe ..sacked ?

At that folks is the end of Entertaining Football at Goodison. Normal reception will soon be resumed with that old favourite Hibbert at Full-back, Neville still doing a job in midfield and a one-man forward line. And 24/7 to you too.

And as the dust starts to clear....

There is no point in changing the manager. The new manger will have no money either. Its the Chairman and the Board who need to go. Moyes has blown it every time this season against Liverpool, but few if no one has been as successful in the transfer market as he has over ten years. At least we...

Not having Drenthe on the bench

Sure we don't know the reason why he was dropped but we do know that Drenthe had a good game against Sunderland. That he is a top winger and that unless he was busy shagging Jenny this week then he had to play. They bring on Bellamy and DM was thinking of Hibbert...I bet that would have worried...

Not having Drenthe on the bench

It is so irritating that of all people Distin who has had a fine season screwed up with the back pass. It is also irritating because LFC are not so much better than us. In addition they had a duff keeper and it is clear that StevieG is not the force that he used to be and not to take advantage...

Not having Drenthe on the bench

Did you see Drenthe against Sunderland? He was good. Ran his little legs off and was everything that MC Fadden was'nt. I thought to myself that he would be great at Wembley. Who cares if he takes drugs, is a Nazi or beats his wife?. He is our best winger and had to play a part. I admire DM for...

Not having Drenthe on the bench

dead right. unfortunately it is an iron rule of football that DM always bottles it against LFC. Another iron rule is that he is suspicious of talent that he does'nt understand. 10 minutes to go against LFC and he looks at his bench and hey the answer its that crock of ****; Hibbert.
