    The Citreon airbag debacle

I can change a citroen headlamp in about 30 seconds. Are you sure you are practically minded? Having said that, I got the letter through the post so need to get the airbag sorted.

Can't wait for the tweets from Wednesday wife if he is off to the might Al-Rayyan.

    Mason Holgate...." Holgy"

Less honour than a devious scorpion in a veil as my Wednesday wife would say. I am just now waiting for Dom Bin Camel-Lewin to sign for Al-Rayyan and then we are back.

    2024/25 Jack Harrison

Honestly if he is the best available and we still need to fill that spot then so be it. It's not exactly NSNO, but he knows the team, most of the other players and league and if the team is better coached and has a few better players he might perform better too. Having said that, I hope we're...

Getting off to a good start

I'm going for 6 wins out of 6 and being well on the way to being known as the invincibles. None of those other PL teams would have drawn with Accrington Stanley.

    Mason Holgate...." Holgy"

Firminho is a classic classless Al-Saddite signing. No wonder they're known as the worthless jackals of the desert.

    Manchester United

I subscribe to the belief that United are like Everton but on a more epic scale due to the extra money and larger fan base. It just occurred to me that Jim Ratcliffe is their Kenwright and they are just getting into their implosion. Carry on Jimbo!

    Match Thread Accrington Stanley 1-1 Everton [Pre-Season 2025/26] - Tues 15th July 2025 - 7.45pm KO

Fell asleep after about 15 minutes of the second half. I can't help but think that was the correct thing to do. First game of pre-season with more than a smattering of fringe players played at an easy pace - I just hope that Moyes and the team have got what they need from it.

If we had got a couple of first team players then there'd be complaints that we needed a back up keeper. Gotta love the transfer window for all the moaning.

Exactly. And the sooner he is in, the sooner he gets to know how we set up and what he needs to do to slot in with minimum of fuss if Pickford picks up a knock.

    If six was nine.

What would it profit a man if he inherit the earth but lose his soul? We might be a basket case of a club more often than not, but I'm proud to be a blue and think we are a club that tries to do the right thing and has a decent bunch of fans. The irony being that we got punished for financial...
