They were lucky with Klopp. Who was jobless at that time. It was a gamble that paid off after his disastrous final season at Dortmund.
I don’t think their new manager is capable of replicating the same success, he may well spend a few hundred millions, failed to qualify for champions league for...
like I say, Klopp carried the entire club for almost a decade and they enjoyed stability and success on the pitch which will probably make any owner look good.
That lot were protesting and demanding for change just like us when things were terrible on the pitch.
Exactly. Taking care of one club is much easier than splitting resources to a number of clubs. Imagine if they have 300m for transfer funds. How does it split between 3 clubs. It’s not rocket science.
does it mean
1. Paying moshiri cash for his share
2. Repay all our existing debt
3. Fund the remaining stadium construction
4. Generating 60m income from his own pocket to stay clear of the next PSR
5. Providing transfer funds for next season.
That will cost a billion at least mate. How is this...
unbelievable to see people wanking themselves at 50-60m. If we’re going to sell an important player that guaranteed top 4 defence but can’t even cover the upcoming psr, what’s the [Poor language removed] point?
I’m still confident he will still be here. There are too many obstacles for the transfer to go through.
If I’m a UTD fan, this transfer would feel unlikely.
