Dont think he made a ton of difference for this free flowing attack that some people said it would, or allow Ndiaye this emphasis to attack. Fulham were very poor, barely got out their half.
Says more about just putting a competent player on the ball there than "freeing" our attack
The better metric seems to be that his link up play is better than Betos.
Well yeah...so was Calvert Lewins and he cost £1mill. So what else he got?
He scored 11 in La Liga. Hes 23. He's not a boy like Dibling. Hes not inexperienced.
Im all for him adjusting and taking time to fit into the...
It answered the question of "no one better out there". There are.
I personally dont see anything special about the kid that you couldn't find elsewhere. You usually tell if a player has"something" about them or an attribute.
Ellis Simms did more.
Not at all. Im just not seeing any attributes that stand out and a lot want to offer him encouragement.
But if we're brutally honest, of he was an academy lad we'd be saying "hes not good enough"
Dont think our wide players want a striker who can hold the ball up, they want one who they can one-two with.
A hold up player allows others around him to break the lines. Grealish, KDH, Garner, and to an extent Ndiaye don't want to do that
Dont think he should be sold. Hes a good player. But hes not performing in the role given, so should be swapped out.
He does it with Barry and Beto so dont see how it shouldn't apply to other positions. Hence why its called competition.
