Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

It wouldn`t suprise me in the slightest if the group given exclusivity was none of the ones being reported... We didn`t hear Moshiri name once until he got announced, could there be a Sheikh Jassim looking for a PL club after missing out publicly with Man Utd and with a point to prove? We only...

    Has Manoukian withdrawn his bid?

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Not necessarily, i means someone buying the club and paying off all the creditors... £700m I reckon to own a club worth North of £1bn in a year.... Wouls also give us massive wiggle room not having to service debt and the sebsequent interest every year.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

This is where I was going, in terms of sponsorship deals, club partners etc... IMO it could also boost the profile of the club and make us more marketable.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Why couldn`t that be the case? You could buy and clear the debts with c£700m and keep that as owners/directors interest free loan. In a year this club will be worth £1bn+, you`ve made £300m+ in 1 year whilst being able to grow the club and improve the team with the additional revenue the debts...

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

No purely loaning the money, MSD with Bell and Downing will be what RMF was to Kenwright and Moshiri

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

He is just the front man for the consortium made up of US and Gulf region investors... I`d want to know who is involved before commenting or supporting.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Is that 3 firm bids to buy Everton now? Bell/Downing MSP Manoukian consortium of international investors If Deloitte are leaking we should know who is behind these groups soon.

This went up about 40 mins ago, not really anything new in there... https://www.theguardian.com/football/article/2024/jun/09/everton-linked-to-new-takeover-bid-led-by-london-based-vatche-manoukian?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Breaking News on SSN now, on the yellow bar... Just seen the mention of Manoukian but then it went to a break, so can`t tell you what it said just yet.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Exactly this, everyone getting giddy about the Bell, Downing and Dell bid but when you break it down they are just robbing Peter to pay Paul like another Super Bloo chairman. Yes they would probably pay off all the debts to be consolidated in to one debt with MSD, Dell himself and the family...

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Do you mean Michael Dell? Founder of Dell computers and MSD Capital, which merged with BDT to form BDT & MSD, who will potentially be backing Downing and Bell. BDT & MSD manage assets worth over £50bn, Dells net worth is reported £100bn... he`d be better than some Arab states.

    Everton Summer 2024 Transfer Thread

I`ve factored in Lonergan leaving and the average age of our squad is still 27/28... My point, although not well worded, was that we have enough experience. We need to start taking risks on young £3m-£5m players from the continental leagues, and adding some pace to this team. I suspect it...
