I would be sad to see him go. He offers a lot when playing well, and his work on defending corners will also be a big miss. That all said, those stats don't amount to a lot in terms of goals, and if he won't sign a new deal (assuming he's been offered one) then I suppose we need to get what we can.

We have a couple of players of exceptional quality. Pickford and Branthwaite would get a start in most teams, incl those near the top. A fit DCL isn't far behind, maybe Tarkowski also? The rest of the team/squad, whilst they can be classed as decent squad players, are probably not automatic...
