He played well whilst not quite hitting the heights of previous games. He produced one great moment which would have resulted in another assist if not for a great fingertip save from Martinez
I would have preferred a loan until January and then get him back but I guess a season long loan is better provided he plays the majority of the games.
He got better as the game went on and played a part in the second goal. There was one passage of play when he won a header from a long ball straight to O'Brien who then won a corner which gave us some respite as Brighton were building some pressure.
