Biggest concern with Moyes is he’s clearly not a fan of Beto (correctly so, garbage) yet he’s played him tonight to protect Barry, who may well be equally garbage. If we don’t sign a striker we are goosed.

The new lad will score more for them this season than Lukaku ever did for us in a single season, not sure why we do this to ourselves. They’ll take some stopping this year. Last season Ipswich matched them blow for blow in the first half of the opening game, they won 3-0 and never looked back.

Ancelotti was absolutely garbage for us. His first half season was trash given his reputation and then to be 2nd on Boxing Day and end up finishing 11th on his wage and the increase in the wage bill he oversaw was embarrassing. Moyes has come in with a much worse squad and done 5x better.
