Bloke I know who works at the water treatment next door is being moved in the next few months due to this. Now I'm not sure if he meant the water treatment is being closed or if they are just moving a lot of staff to avoid all the conjestion that will come with a big build like this.

Even if the PP application slipped until Feb next year it wouldn't be a big issue. But it would be seen on here as a definite sign it's off and then the tears and high pitch screaming would kick off. Obviously it couldn't possibly be to do with it being a complex set of documents that they need to get right first time...
