Without Chris Wood, it all falls apart. And it shows what a difference it makes playing O’Brien in his proper position. Instantly noticeable for all the right reasons.

Huge win, each one during AFCON and the KDH injury is big. If this team can get a legit striker, Branthwaite back, and a fullback, at full strength I think we can play against anyone. Garner basically manufactured both goals out of almost nothing, along with a big defensive performance. We looked pretty listless until Forest opened it up desperate to get a goal but outside of a couple missed chances on their part, defensively we were tough.

Forest to me starting to have the feeling of the Leicester side that went down the first time with the likes of Tielemans and Maddison etc. Struggled all season but everyone just assumed they had the quality to turn it round.

Forest should be nowhere near it but after half a season they aren’t showing the signs of it turning. Be a real feeding frenzy if they do go.

Garner mom, but had a really good partner in midfield Tim was outstanding too. Our centre halves were immense, chewed up and spat out whatever Forest sent in. Dibling showed in patches as did Rohl as did Barry, well taken goal from Barry as well.

It was for sure. But that came down to him needing to be creative and not wanting to be. I get it. I’d start the likes of Ndiaye and KDH over others. But it’s how he arranges them, against who, and within each game where I tend to see his inflexibility until sometimes it’s too late.
