4 wins in 6 for us if we’re doing statsFirst win in 5 for Chelsea.
MotM - no clue. no idea. name out of a hat.
With the squad as it currently is, not sure what fans expect? If there are zero injuries and other teams falter, maybe we could be in a fight for Europe but our squad isn’t comparable to a lot of the teams in the League at this point.I mean he isn’t wrong is he? You get what you get with Moyes. It’s bland and mediocre but safe from the relegation fight. Fan bases tire of it very quickly.
It’s that simpleTo bridge the gap we need new fullbacks and a decent centre forward. Its nothing we didnt know. But games like this just rams it home.
Had our opportunities for sure but the losing mentality we've had for what seems like forever now kicked in.We’ve played reasonably well without scoring. We’ve played a hell of a lot worse than that at Chelsea over the years.
The usual brain fart finishing though is costing us dearly.
KDH going off injured forced Gana to do his job, Gana failed twice tracking back and Chelsea scored from them both.
I just think he seems to shoot himself in the foot quite a lot. I think he could have been far more successful as a manager.Fanbases also go from delirium after a great run of deserved wins and clean sheets to “30 more years of this crap, I can’t take it any more. Boooooooo. Same every week, we are horrible. Every player is garbage, and Pickford needs replacing,” In the space of a week.
Losing away at supposed title contenders Chelsea which could have put us in the top 4, after spurning a few good chances ourselves, is not how I will be judging this season.
