2025/26 Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

….what surprises me most is he plays ‘like the game matters’, proper attitude on him to go with undoubted quality.
It's this kind of thing that will drag the rest of the squad up, raising standards by a sheer will to win. I loved the end of the United match when he was on the bench in the final seconds, he was so invested in the result, willing the ref to blow, looking like a fan on the sidelines and wildly celebrating the win. He speaks so well and the fact he was willing to come here in his prime rather than sit on Chelsea's bench speaks to his character. More signings like this please.

He’s even on one of the social media videos saying Palace was the best moment at the new stadium, he didn’t even play

Proper player, just hope we get the chance to see more of him deeper, he is so much better there than at 10

What you've got with him and Jack, they both only came to us to get back playing football again, no other reason than being on the pitch.

Than again, our support sucks everything out of certain players.
The love of the fans goes hand in hand with the game.

Absolutely has to keep playing in that deeper role (like everyone has been calling for). Wasted as a 10 because his best attribute is winning the ball back and driving forward with it. Playing deeper gives him that space.

KDH Gana/Tim
Alcaraz

That's our best midfield.

Imagine where we’d be if we had Doucoure instead 🥺🫶
Considering the club couldn’t win without him it’s a horrible thought 🥲 I sometimes wonder which Champions league team stole him away from us, the entire world of professional football must have been throwing money at a giant of the game available on a free transfer…

And then I see he now plays for one of the bastions of elite level football

Hopefully Garner back to CM to partner KDH with Alcaraz or Dibling ahead of them in the 10.

Really hoping Moyes doesnt put KDH as a 10 again.
You don't think Illy would be better at 10 than Alacaraz or Dibling.
10 is even more critical when 9 isn't scoring and Illy's our best goal scorer

Illy was rubbish (not his fault) the one time we tried this. We play almost all our passes out wide when attacking so he was completely left out of the game. KDH and Alcaraz work at the 10 for us because they're play linkers for us to some degree, dropping into midfield and playing passes forwards and outwards to the wingers - that's not Ndiaye's game, he's the one that should be getting on the end of those passes.

Not to say he couldn't be good there if we set up differently though, he could be incredible in different systems I think.
