On the official Euro2028 site it states the capacity will be 50,000 (reduction from our current max capacity presumably because of UEFA advertising boards and whatnot). I'm certain that article is chatting bubbles.

Isn’t safe standing banned for major tournaments ?

Everton have been looking at the Indian model and have decided we can get an extra 8k in.

I've grown fond of Bramley Moore Dock over the years and that's how I think of it.
