NFL 2025 Season

I think Lafleur's a good coach but I am starting to have my doubts about Love.
I'm very much the other way around now, which is the complete opposite of where I was 2 years ago.

The run heavy approach is costing the team matches. The offensive line can't play that way. When it's higher scoring and the scenario means you have to throw the ball - like it Pittsburgh - then Love is playing well.

Lafleur is coaching for a run heavy power offence, rather than for the players he actually has. He has 18 months left on his contract and I honestly think he will be replaced unless there's a massive change in the next 2 months.

Once again - Eagles find a way to win big games.

Most will point to the offenses being chronic on Monday night but I'd actually be inclined to give both defenses much more credit. Hurts & Sirianni both said that the Packers D was the most aggressive & well prepped we've played all season. Jaelan Phillips having a stellar game on defense on this debut for us was really encouraging.

I still dont really know what Green Bay's ceiling is this season. Their offense with JLove under Lefleur - once again - has been hugely hit or miss.

Lions next up for Philly and the gauntlet continues..

what continuing gauntlet? You have had the Giants twice and the Vikings in the last 4 weeks.

no im just saying the last 4 weeks havent been part of some tough stretch by any means
The ENTIRE SEASON has been a 'tough stretch' Kev

Chiefs, Rams, Bucs, Packers, Lions, Chargers & Bills. Only two of those at the Linc to boot.

I wouldn't exactly call the Broncos, Vikings & Bears terrible teams either. We're only fortunate that our own division has been really weak this season.

Why are you counting the Chargers, Bills Bears and Lions when you’ve not played them yet?

I accept the schedule gets tougher but it’s not been horrendous so far.

You’re 7-2 with an average schedule to date

A schedule that has, so far, included the Rams at the Linc and the Chiefs, Bucs, Vikings & Packers on the road is 'average'? 🤔 the Chiefs are barely 5-4 with a similar difficulty of schedule which, fortunately for you, now gets much easier..
