2025/26 Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

He has been playing well. He’s still in the wrong position. He’s naturally inclined to assist, which means he shouldn’t be up so high.
For me, once Branthwaite comes back Id try:

Pickford
Garner Tarks Branthwaite Myko
Gana KDH
Ndiaye Alcaraz Grealish
Barry

For now I think he feels the need for defensive cover for our older and slower CBs, and I get that. If we move up the table a little hopefully Moyes will show less fear to try KDH and some others in a couple different spots.

The only thing I’d maybe change is benching Myko before benching Keane. Or even sit Tarkowski to catch a breather.

Branthwaite has to earn that shirt back off Michael Keane.

Awesome today.

If Moyes insists upon him in the number 10 then the pressure he applied from the first minute to the last is what we need from him in every game.

If he does that consistently then we end up with a much better version of Doucoure at the very minimum..

Also very unfortunate to have his goal chalked.

I’m tagged because he took a nice corner?

Credit where credit is due.

He was prime doucoure today in his defensive work. Very, very good indeed.

I agree with posters saying that he was motm overall as well...

...however, although he did make some sensible passes, I still think that he doesnt have that 'cutting edge' I'd like to see from a 10.

For me though, FINALLY a performance to warrant a start next game.

Well played KDH ;)

We’re talking about the defensive work of our second most attacking player. That will always be the issue here.

I think this is my overall 'want' from a 10. Having that cutting edge.

But todays game in the end, was more about heart and desire of our players and giving non stop energy and commitment, which he gave today.
