Our next game against Sunderland feels like a valuable opportunity to re-gain some positivity, but it will not be an easy fixture against a Sunderland team who look set to survive this season having had a very impressive start.

I would make some changes to the starting XI and our set-up.

Pickford

Garner - O'Brien - Tarkowski - Mykolenko

Gana Gueye - Dewsbury-Hall

Dibling - Alcaraz - Grealish

Very attack minded line up, nice.

Where do we freshen up 2nd half?

It's probably B&B on for whomever, I wish he'd play them together in a good old 4-4-2.

Hope is pressure of them as the performances have been poor both spurs and city. Is a tough game away as they will be full of confidence but is a great chance for this squad to show desire and what they want to do this season
They just look like a bog standard team Sunderland with a bit of quality in the middle.

We should be beating them.

We are currently three points above the relegation zone if Forest go on and win against United.

We lose on Monday and we are in trouble.

Ah, so its the squad quality and not the current points that matter.

We do not have a bottom 6 squad, much less a bottom 3 squad.

Well yes exactly that, as that’s how you gauge how the other 30 games will go. Unless you think Newcastle won’t finish in the top 12. (Hint - they will)

I think we have 14th or 15th best squad.

I expect us to win on Monday - a classic Moyes backs-to-the-wall win when the chips are down. If we lose, expect the knives he routinely brings to gunfights to be sharpened and turned on him.

These are all hustle and bustle, lots of legs and running the ball down in midfield. Energy.
They'll try and bully and harry us the same as the leeds game. Not sure who stands up to them.
