New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Was looking at those seat unique hospitality packages earlier and noticed some new wording added to some (not all) of the packages that 'Away colours are not permitted' not as strong as say the warnings on Liverpool's seat unique offerings where any support for the away team will lead to ejections. Are they silently advising any potential away fans in these hospitality areas that its fine but just don't wear colours?

If I have tickets for block 247 upper tier in west stand can I get out outside onto the western steps overlooking the Mersey?
Once you’re in the stadium you’re in.

However, you can access the western steps anyway before you go in or after the game. Anyone with a match ticket can go there. Only time it’s been closed was pre Crystal Palace because of Storm Amy.

Hospitality has always been classed as a home section with any support for the away team will lead to you being thrown out.

Those warehouse flats by Titanic already in negative equity apparently

Been contemplating getting an apartment there or elsewhere on the waterfront. Might be a good time to buy.... but someone has commented on issues with them on here. Maybe that has affected the equity. Also, lots of new city centre apartment developments being built/proposed. That could be the cause too.... basic suppy/demand. However, negative equity is generally not a good sign for the prospect of other developments nearby. I wouldn't have thought that proximity to the stadium and matchday traffic chaos would create a negative equity issue, but you never know. Maybe they were pitched too high in the first place, or service charges have become exorbitant?

I would expect them to be selling for less than the original price at this stage. New builds, or refurbs like this, always sell at a premium and then often drop a bit, and the property market is static at best at the moment. My ma-in-law died a few months ago and we've been told her flat, in a more run of the mill refurb, is worth about ten percent less than she paid for it a few years ago.

In fact, if you have a look on Right Move, it says "Overall, the historical sold prices in L3 over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% down on the 2022 peak".

Also, nobody likes paying a service charge, and Tobacco Warehouse has charges of around £2 a square foot.

I'd buy one though if I had some cash hanging around. Imagine waking up every day looking at our stadium over your cornflakes and PG Tips.

Apologies if its been posted

I just saw this. I absolutely love the new digs but honestly the initial plans Meis mentions early in the clip sounded really exiting and unique and I think had Meis had his full say the stadium would have been a way more traditional looking.

But hey Kenwright though otherwise 🤷

Would have been quite refreshing to have done away with the traditional bowl shape. Appreciate that does bring in the extra revenue.
