It was overhit for sure as that's why Beto had to stretch for it. I'm not Beto's biggest fan but to suggest that was a sitter like many have simply don't know the dynamics of a cross ball played slightly too hardI am not sure I agree with this, it was put there for him, he should have reached it, and he fluffed the open goal.
He's a Sunday league footballer if you look at his background, not academy produced hence why he's so raw. He's a great lad who strives to improve but the clear fact is his limitations will always hold him back so ideally we'll sell him and buy a more polished striker going forward (this isn't ChrisI agree those chances Beto had weren’t ideal and not every striker converts. I just don’t like that he’s so one dimensional. Has to be a perfect through ball or nothing else.
Bit if a high bar! I actually think he looked much improved today even if he didn’t slot one away.
Yeah, but he’s probably the best striker in the world. Hes worth 10 times what Beto is. It’s like comparing Willie Falconer to Alan Shearer! Its not if you actually read what i wrote instead of taking one particular sentence out of context.
I literally put that i wasnt talking about haarlands goal scoring ability. I was talking abou the other stuff that anyone with two legs can do while up top.
Its not enough to do a run once or twice per match. You have to be constantly doing them for the whole time your on the pitch.
Harrland never stops moving while hes playing hes constantly drifting into space or making runs, the defence can never relax while their playing against him.
Beto on the other hand stands infront of the opposition cbs like a traffic cone for 90% of the match. He's genuinely useless on the break.

For what he is Beto did pretty well. The fact his all-round game looked improved today was a good sign. He’s not going to be up against such good defenders every week.
