Alcaraz is the player that changes slow precise build up to a quick instinctive direct approach, he's the perfect balance for our system and his positioning. Using him as a striker and his game is lost.

But not from taking up the positions he’d have to take up as a striker
I think he'd be better at getting into position to get a goal than the other two, From what I've seen Barry and Beto want the ball played to them and are not bothered moving into better position for this to happen Barry slightly more guilty of this than Beto.

Everton arrive with quiet defiance, burdened by little but lifted by belief. There is steel in our stride and a whisper of mischief in the wind.....enough, perhaps, to trouble the kings for a moment.

Yet City play like time itself - measured, certain, and cruel. One lapse, one breath too slow, and the moment is gone. Everton may stir the storm, but the calm that follows may be a light blue sky.

Still… football is a strange old beast. If the bar gets rattled, the ref looks kindly, and Pickford channels something biblical, well, why not? Stranger things have happened on a soggy Saturday.
3-0 City
