Everton Ticketing Changes

Saw a girl at Entrance 11 with a season card that wasn't working and she had to head off to T.O. queue at 2.50.
A guy in my queue said he asked for a plastic card and been refused because he had history of using digital . However , a card came through the post and he used it today and it worked quicker than my phone. Didn't have to pay for the card either ! I think the ticket office are making it up as they go along :lol:
 

Its my first game on Monday against West Ham (i haven't been able to go to the other games yet due to personal reasons). For ther Brighton game, i sold my season ticket through the resale platform and then for the Villa game i transferred it to my mate via to transfer portal.

I have just tried to download my season ticket onto my phone however it won't let me and says it can only be downloaded on one device.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Go to your original opening season ticket email you got in about July and just downloaded the app again and it normally resets itself to the next match

Cheers mate but I've tried that and it says 'maximum number of passes (1) issued - remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an apple device'.

I've emailed the fan centre so hopefully they can sort it out.

Don’t do it from the app , do it from the original email straight to Apple wallet.
 

Anyone experienced this? Trying to accept a ticket from a ST holder from friends and family network for Spurs game, no idea what this error means! I'm a FB+ member so should be fairly simple transfer?

Got 2 tickets for me and my daughter for tomorrow. No email with a link (again), so went on the app and mine was there but not my daughter's. She's set up on my network but no ticket to be found. Looks like we're faffing about at the box office before the match.
 
I have forwarded a couple of tkts for recent games by whatsap but they seem to be blocking that now. To save paying the member fee cud i send to a family and friends member and when they receive the email cud they send the email to someone else?
 

a friend has transferred his ST details - i've downloaded the ticket and i have all the information and a QR code.
It hasn't transferred into my google wallet with the "contactless" logo ))))
Does it read the QR code and can i get in by this??
or do I need the contactless version
 
My cousin isnt going the Spurs game, so hes giving me his 2 tickets, I will take my Grandson and maybe my Wife, can he transfer the ticket to me or is the only way my wife can go is if she pays for a membership?

If he deletes the ticket out of his wallet and your wife uploads it to hers that's the easiest. Then the reverse after the game. That's how I've done it with friends.

Managed to sort this by creating a new account for my daughter online and got the box office to merge with her existing supporter number which had her FB+ membership on. Can now login and access her tickets with FB+ assigned.

Posting in case it's a solution for anyone else in the same boat.

There is a way above but its hassle get the cheapest membership especially if he gives you further tickets
