Can't help but feel a little excited after watching that interview.
It seems there's a structure there.
I like what he said about the director of football and how that job is too hard for one person, so they split the duties up with new recruitment.
I didn't realise he was so experienced and the owners seem to trust him.
The Friedkins were impressed with that analytics firm we were using so they bought the company!

Baz missed a trick, though, by failing to ask the key question:

Given the amount of grief the new footballing structure was given during the window his explanation of why he’s put it in place and the value it can add was spot on. Also some good insight into the recruitment strategy during the last window. Still, I’m going to judge it on what they achieve next summer when they’ve had time to plan properly
