God tier condiments.



Got a Christmas special chutney a couple of years back that was out of this world for cheese and biscuits. Was fig or prune or something. Was it fig and port? It was great.
 

See this is what I was hoping for, never heard of this before.
It's very easy to do, made some recently. I use this recipe without the spices.


The rowan (mountain ash) is very common in cities and towns so you should easily find it. It's the season for crab apples, and councils also plant those.
