2025/26 David Moyes

Sweet Jesus

As if some lunatic on an Internet forum “ deciding to back the manager “ had absolutely any baring on Moyes and the fact he had us safe with weeks to spare .

All hail dave for saving the club … is there with Stuart and super Kev are you now mate ?
Dave genuinely believes his actions have a material outcome on the club, he's insane. He doesn't even go to the match and hasn't for years.

It's actually a very nice bike ride to the stadium, not sure how likely it is even for a locked bike to still be there after 90 mins

No one would go near his bike.

It`s wrapped in tin foil and PPE, with a megaphone on a stalk, welded to the cross bar, so he can spring into action the moment the next pandemic kicks in.

Like the kids back in the day who used too fly a flag off the back of their Raleigh Choppers, Dave does that except its not a flag, its a 25ft radius military grade early warning radar incase anybody steps within the vicinity of his precious steed.

I forgot to mention, his bike frame also doubles as a foldaway scaffold, so he can dispense an instant hanging to any perceived MURDERERS and Neo Liberal scum he may encounter whilst on patrol.

Ha ha, I cycled there from Leeds during the build, I'm not sure if I'd do that for a match day, and certainly not if the bike racks have the Archibald Leach motif, sentimental nonsense! Did I get that right @davek ?
I have locked up there on a non-matchday and felt comfortable doing so, as there's no way any scallies will be getting easily past security on the gate.

On the day of a match itself there'd be plenty of scope for bike thievery IMO. People are getting onto the plaza regardless of match day tickets and the general commotion on the day offers a good screen for them to steal. Matter of time before it happens IMO if it hasn't already.

As for the Archibald Leitch design bike stands: I'm not bothered about that. But it is an issue on the stadium itself.

Where might one purchase such an excellent sounding steed?

Asking for a friend.

Back to Moyes, he's the man for us right now.
