Technically it's only a malicious image due to the actions of the participants. The image itself is just 2 men standing together.

If they get charges it's pathetic

The met will be on alert, special orders to hammer anyone even suspected of having a limp or a stammer that might be about to protest this presidents welcome to the uk. Money talks, and this presidents continued support for israel and it's many murders provides stark contrast to the limp wristed stance of what's left of the uk govt.
