2025/26 Tyler Dibling

Hate to say it but if KDH, Grealish and Ndiaye go the season injury free we will have had a massive result. Dibling and Alcarez will get their game time over the season. Also Afcon cover, somebody's form might drop off etc
Would like to see - at some stage
Rohl Garner DHL
Dibling Ndaiye Grealish.

Chance if chasing the game and realising Beto and Barry are not cutting it. Think Illy would relish that role.

Illy does have a problem getting his head up, though. He might be better suited to playing that central striker role with Dibling on the wing and with greater awareness. But I think we'd lose width due to Dibling wanting to cut inside all the time.

Dibling gave LFC an absolutely torrid time when playing for Saints last year.

N’Diaye on the left, dibbling roght and Jack as a 10

I want it , I need it … even to confirm it doesn’t work

I must see it

3rd highest record signing in the clubs history....

While this is incredibly boring, I would like to see our full list of transfers adjusted for inflation.

For example, we signed Dixie Dean 100 years ago for £3000, apparently that is worth £230k in todays money. Bargain.

Though you'd probably have to add some mad modifier to it to make it accurate as opposed to just using CPI.

Pure inflation obviously doesn’t account for the revenues of today’s game.
A more comparable metric would likely be record fees imo.
Ie was WRD the highest transfer on record at that point therefore equating to Isac’s fee etc.

If I'm right we signed Kanchelskis for about 5 mil, and at that time the record fee in the league was probably around 10, that if you adjust for that Kanchelskis is probably right up there in our top 5 / 10 signings.

….hopefully being saved for when he’s ready to make a big impact. Just wonder if he really needs a settling in given reports he’s a real ‘homeboy’. Thing is, we’re doing ok in wide positions so the temptation to use him isn’t as intense as it might have been.

Leave it to the people who’ve brought him in, they’re the ones who’ll ultimately be judged on the acquisition, I think he played well at RS last season.

He'll need to earn his place regardless, given the lengthy pursuit it's clear Moyes rates him. The lads out wide are currently our best players though
