I don’t think we should stop calling them what they are, it’s simply that it’s not cutting through. There are too many cowards. Cowardice in the republican party lead to trump. Men my age in particular need to call out people who spout this nonsense - down the pub for example.
But we do need politicians to start setting out the facts.
