whats your issue with the sprints @davek ? it’s the true test of speed

running 5k is fairly arbitrary, if you want to test who is fastest you race to the nearest wall

I have no real issue with the distances just with the BS preening of the athletes - all with their own 'signature' camera routine and arrogant poses.

It's tiresome. Just run your race and GTF off the track.

I thought the Irish lad McPhillips in the 800M looked very impressive in qualifying for the semi final.
