Match Thread Liverpool V Everton 20th September 12:30

Blame the ref.

Unless it's them, diving cheat got booked and then not sent off, manager had to hook him on 38mins to save the blushes of PL fixers Vs the clarets yesterday.

Same in the Arsenal vs. Forest match sat., obvious favouritism, no corner - goal kick.

We'll have to beat them, the ref, VAR premier league corruption the lot.

We might do it this time, their defence is really shoddy, Iliman & Jack will cut them apart.

When is Myko back?

We have a much better structure with Garner in the midfield and Tim on the bench. Also Myko has the proper hoodoo over Salah.

If he's back in the team I reckon we'll surprise them. We're due to give someone an absolute tonking - may as well do that on Saturday.

I'm expecting anything from this game but more intrigued to see how we play in general. I'm sure there will be talking points regarding the officials as they are spineless/ incompetent. Well that one ref that went against VAR currently for us isn't that bad. I forget his name.

If we go into the game, with belief we can beat them; we have a chance.

"Knives to a Gunfight", always gives me trauma. I dont think Moyes has ever won there. I just hope he doesnt set up to get a 0-0.

We were very unlucky last season, beto missed the chance when through then offside on the one he slotted.

So its huge we turn up. They've proven so far that theyre not quite at the races so far (but they never quit), so 90 mins needed.

Ill take the draw and run, but id love for us to go there and at least give it a go.

Leave the house at 12.25.

Earphones in, and a Bob Dylan playlist on volume 10.

Back home around 3-00pm, allowing the ref to allow 15 minutes extra time.

I have no doubt Moyes will be asked and it will be mentikned that if we win, we'd be just 2 points behind them. No doubt Moyes will play that down, say how great the rs are, we're not at that level and that it's a very very tough place to get a result.

All true of course, but it would be nice to hear him be a little more bullish for this game in particular and set his stall out that he's expecting the players to go there and get a result.

There's 2 players in Isaak and Wirtz waiting to get off the mark, so I've no doubt we'll gladly oblige and gift one or both of them a goal

I'd love to be wrong, but I see nothing other than a timid 3-1 defeat incoming.
