Homepage Article How To Solve A Problem Like Club View?

I was also told by the staff there that every £10 deduction has to be on a seperate transaction. It was a common complaint. Despite standing there with people, they wouldn't allow group deducts on one transaction, it had to be individual. Obviously a nonsense and contributed to queue chaos - because it meant people had to individually go.

If you have loads of tickets on your phone then perhaps it's a workaround, but most people won't.

The staff seemed to be making it up as they go.
At the Brighton game and yesterday I spent the money for me and my mate and then took both sets of credit off in one transaction.

Staff definitely making it up as they go along.
Serious lack of training for everyone involved.

I thought that it worked better on Saturday, we got in as soon as they opened the turnstiles and bought food etc with less than 5 mins waiting, the additional drink stations seem to be helping reduce the queues. I did hear people say it was still very crowded up to kick off and at half time, I’ve never bothered to get a drink at half time, I go to watch the game, not to stand in a queue for naff drinks, then chug it down and then miss the restart.
After the final whistle I decided to use up my credit, the self serve machines were off, I fancied a Guinness, had to settle for a San Miguel from the main counter, just about the worst pint I’ve ever had, I won’t be using my money to buy drink again in there.
Unless they improve the queueing, congestion and drink, they need to rethink it and take off the £10 food and drink credits imo.
