New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

All the reviews from fans from opposition have been incredibly positive, so the club need to be aware how 'Club View' is misconstruing perception.

Fair point.

Also the numerous empty seats because the club has sold tickets to extortionate resellers is a disgrace.

The ticket / pricing situation needs escalating as a matter of priority. It’s scandalous.

Completely agree it's been a mess. But I'm not sure whether to congratulate the department at Everton who managed to make you think paying that extra money for just a concourse and £10 voucher or feel sorry for the people who fell for it.

As I've said, I paid it for the side view.

Ill pay it again next season too.

But here's the thing mate - over a season, Everton will earn less from me as a fan in total from catering than they would have got from me at Goodison.

That's not corporate hospitality.

That's the area where people paid a few hundred quid more for their own concourse.

Indeed. As I told the bloke on social media earlier

... The point was around perception and reality.

Either way, that's a neutral who can't believe the queues in that section.

People went in with overinflated ideas. And still so. Especially paying £200.

I didn't - but they still ballsed it up.

My recollection was that it was only added as an option after the village st and trinity seats sold out.
Its clearly ill thought out as a concept, and not working well.
Better to return those seats to general population and refund the difference now that try to put lipstick on a pig

Argh @Rita_Poon not meant for you and your sensible point sorry.

Any guesses who it was meant for?
We've got at least a couple of balloons who regularly spout putrid gas for their own amusement. It'd be unfair to suggest one and not the other, so I'll be the gentleman and let them out themselves. I was gonna gif the quote you did, but I couldn't find an original one that fit fast enough. Oh well.

You've made a mistake. Learn from it and move on my friend.

Correct. That's exactly what they did. Again I feel bad for whoever signed it off and the people who fell for it.

I’m in the south lower and got say my experience is completely different to others.

Had no problem getting served (we do usually head down on around 39 to get the beers in - no different to Goodison).

I’ve also found the toilet queue is often because people are queuing in single file to use the first block of urinals when you can swing around to the second block.

Just my own observations.

You seem a bit tetchy. Couldn't you get in Club View or something?

£53 quid per game, the best spec as far as I'm concerned and I'll spend less than I did at Goodison on a match day.

Ill renew forever more, spend F&B money in town to save massive queues and pickup a pie from Club View on the way out.

Renewal retention rate will be high in Club View. Club F&B income there will be low.

It'd be interesting to know if the away fans are experiencing these congestion issues. I dont think I've seen a video yet (apart from one complaining about queuing outside for the Mansfield game) who have spoken about catering and movement on the away section concourse.

My lads in Club view. The first thing we spoke about was what's the view from the seat like?. He said brilliant.
So, all other things aside, this is very important. Its why we go!
The rest of the stuff is a stinker though and not acceptable.

Ive been to i reckon a good 60+ grounds and so far we’ve been the worst for chaotic food and drinks in the new ground.

Theres a place i go when go amsterdam that does food and its in little lockers, pay, door opens you grab and walk off. Something like that would make it way more efficient, likewise with self service none alcohol drink machines or vending machines.

Queues being majority for alcohol would make this way more efficient otherwise loads in the busier sections will be missing a lot of the games stuck in a queue.
Can't have tin cans on site, as they are throwable and thus considered a potential weapon.
