New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Need a bit of advice, someone might know the answer if not I will try to contact Everton (give me strength guys). My seat is in North Upper block 245 and I enter the stadium though turnstile 2. The issue I am having is getting up the steps due to 2 knee operations and back surgery in the last 6 years. I have noticed there are lifts not far away from 245 but I have not seen them when I enter turnstile 2. Firstly are the lifts around turnstile 2 and secondly would I be able to use them as I not classed as disabled but I do struggle bit style. Before any one asks why I never got a seat in the lower section there was none available when it was my time to pick a seat. Thanks Colin

Going back to the stewards inside the stadium watching the game yesterday from accessibility platforms behind the goal. They are designed for the disabled and their companions alone. There's a reason for that in terms of access to them and safe exiting from them.

They're supposed to be as clear as this:

...not congested like this with stewards and coppers blocking entrance and exit....

Someone needs to be asking HUGE questions about the transgression of stadium safety protocol by people who are supposed to be there to make people safe.

It really does beggar belief this.

If there's anyone from EDSA on the forum I'd like to hear their views.
Dave...no one is arsed.

Disgusting that. I've only been there once but I noticed straight away what an ignorant bunch they were. And reading the experience of others that seems to be confirmed.

Made my blood boil there today seeing an army of them watching the game in the stadium. Hi-viz jackets everywhere all game like they owned the bleeding place. They're surely not trained to be in the stadium like that? Something wrong somewhere there...and then it was all topped of with one of them congratulating Harvey Elliott on his return to Merseyside. Someone needs to have a word with this lot and quick or there'll be a lot of trouble down there.

Their reputation is in the bin already IMO.
There's always been Stewards who do us & the RS games, hence the Elliot welcome I guess.
Stewards pleasant enough, just smile or thank them.

Well if there was emergency there are people right by who can help wheelchaired people out. Unless its like baggage collection at airport and disabilities dissappear as luggage is collected.

Take a walking stick and you can ask to go in any turnstile you want. You'll also be able to use it to thrash any stewards blocking your vomitory while they try to watch the match for a few mins. There should be lifts at all access points tbh.

A few minutes?

They get the whole match in.

It looks like we're under constant threat of a pitch invasion or terrorsist attack.

Never seen a stadium with so many coppers and stewards in. It's like 'kin Colditz.

So who the feck wants the ear bashing for this? Everton fan services or the yanks?
It'll be their downfall, tech isn't the answer, well this getup isn't. Stupid idea, stupid me for trying it

To resolve issues with an incorrect charge from a pay-and-walk shop at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium, you should contact the stadium's catering partner, Aramark, by emailing their dedicated address, throughpass-everton@aramark.co.uk.

I will have to do this too, although my pass through tax wasn't as bad as yours.
