Also managed to get a pint drank n have a piss at half time no problemAfter the Roma n Brighton games I absolutely slated the place but today it was the experience I expected, got to the gate just after 2 n by 10 past I had a pint in my hand, used the ebar for my next pint and was in n out in less than a minute, the queue for the Guinness was massive though!
There hasn't been much booing since the blue smoke/Lampard era when we just needed to get behind the team to avoid relegation.Hardly surprising watching all those chances getting spurned.
There would be boos ringing out if this at GP I reckon.
gOoD mOrnINg edDiEThe capacity is embarrasing,,,
My 1st game in the new stadium today I can appreciate it's a brilliant stadium and we needed it to evolve blah blah I get all that, but I reckon if that match was a goodison today we beat them, the atmosphere isn't as good for me.
Hopefully it's for our benefit Dave but the ones who you pass through the walls checking tickets and so forth noticed way they were speaking to people called one of them a absolute tool to his face didn't have a clue.,The army of stewards could maybe chip in with...erm...the stewarding, rather than all be watching the game, as looked to be the case today.
Everton's stewarding bill must be off the charts. I read the other day there's well over twice as many stewards at the BMD as at GP. It looks like more than that.
Good idea this one. Who is the actual stadium manager? Is there even one?Having to queue 40 mins even for a Pepsi is mental. Get vending machines...its sponsored by Pepsi so shouldn't be hard to arrange.
I dont know if anyone takes them seriously, but if they do they must surely be deluged with complaints over the running of this stadium.
It's dire. And 'teething problems' is going to wear real thin, real fast soon enough.
Yeah, great facility. But now run it properly you 'kin amateurs.
I thought it was vocal through out. There was a quiet period just after half time but that’s because people were still getting back to their seats. I’m in upper north behind the goal and it was loud by us, everyone singing, getting behind the players. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere today.Must be in a minority here then. I thought with the ref being the absolute worst ever that it was as feral as Goodison in similar circumstances.
