Reads like it will be open to the general public / people who have visited the store and want to pop in. Hope that’s the case anyway.

Was there any access to this type of F&B / cafe type stuff at GP on tours does anyone know - or did that just come with a free tea or coffee in a polystyrene cup?

Not in my experience. Don't recall getting offered a cuppa on a Goodison Park tour. Mind you we went the day after a home derby defeat and it was like being shown round a funeral parlour.
