Mate, I was there in the Gwladys for the Wimbeldon game, me and my Dad.

I was there in the Gwladys when Rooney scored the pearler against Arsenal. I was also there in the Main Stand when he scored the goal from over the halfway line against West Ham.

I was there for Tarkys equaliser against them, I was also there for our 2-0 victory when Jarad scored and so did Dom.

I was there for the Chelsea game when Pickford made that save. I was outside finch farm seeing the players off when we went to Watford away. I used to stand outside the Winslow everytime I went the game with a few beers. I bought flares and was in the mixer for every bus welcome we did at Goodison. I was also there for the Palace game, sitting right above their fans.

I am a third generation Evertonian, with my Grandad still going in his 90’s until he passed away of covid. We played z cars when his coffin was carried in and I still have a blue rose from his funeral flowers which I kept in silica gel to remind me of him.

I have been the test event vs Bolton and more recently to Village Street during the cup. I am actually named after an Everton player, my Dads favourite.

Please don’t question me again, you will look very foolish.

Everton have signed nine players at a net cost of £97m (based on initial fees), their highest net outlay in a summer transfer window and more than they had spent over the previous seven seasons combined (£71m).

The figure of £97m far surpasses any season in the club's Premier League history, with the potential for further arrivals in the January window.

It's nice to see a positive view of the club somewhere for a change. Most outlets still have us down for a relegation fight in their articles.

There's a weird little crew of posters on here that have decided what is and isn't acceptable to post and if you deviate from it call you a kopite. It's sad, and not very clever, but that's what they do. They'll probably put a dog sniffing gif up at some point as well, it's as tedious as it is predictable. Just pop them on ignore and you'll feel a lot better.

Very strange behaviour. I’ve been posting on this site for years now. To have no mark called me a kopite is strange to me. Took my little boy on the tour of Goodison just before the season finished but apparently I’m a red. The good news is, I support my local team, passed down 3 generations, someone from Dublin calling me a kopite is laughable.

As you say no doubt the fishing reel comes out now and a wheyyyy I’ve caught a big one here. Pathetic to be honest.

But were you there for Just Stop Oil and the world’s biggest bolt croppers or the bogey in the hair incident?
