Used to be Athletics on all the time on TV in the old days. Boxing and Golf too.

Sports stars used to turn up on Wogan and Parkinson, alright aQoS was saccharin rubbish but at least there was some profile to it. Now the only time a sports person gets on tv is if retired and they've crashed their car or are eating insects in the bleeding jungle.
