Sports stars used to turn up on Wogan and Parkinson, alright aQoS was saccharin rubbish but at least there was some profile to it. Now the only time a sports person gets on tv is if retired and they've crashed their car or are eating insects in the bleeding jungle.

Or they're on a couch in a horrid shirt and getting paid for praising LFC.
 

The humidity is battering the runners so far. Any event over 100M and they look dead on their feet. Charlie Dobson looked knackered and Hudson-Smith was well off the pace in the 400M.

Glad the 100M sprints are out the way. Utter pantomimes from start to finish.
