Chelsea Sham charges



Is there a difference between the FA's potential sanctions and the Premier League's sanctions? And which body is bringing the charges here?

I'm wondering whether the FA can even dole out a footballing sanction.
 
PL and FA are corrupt to the core.
The two bodies who we all should love and admire are loathed by supporters up and down the land. Some more than others.
Sporting sanctions need not apply anymore, unless your name is Everton.
Sporting sanctions hurt Chelsea owners and players who were not around when the offences took place.
Well what about Everton's players, what about Everton fans, both of whom had absolutely no control whatsoever over finances.
Where was the respect for one of the leagues founder members.
Where was the respect for a club that had built two stadiums and had a 3rd one underway.
Where was the respect for the club that gave us 60 goal Dixie Dean.
Where was the respect for the club that gave us the first purpose built stadium, , first dug out, first undersoil heating, the first match programme.
Where was the respect for the fourth most successful club in the country.
Where was the respect for the club that has a community programme hailed as one of the best in the country.

I despise footballs rulers, from Fifa, Uefa, PL and FA, they are terrified of the big boys because they are their cash cows.
 
As heinous as this is, Moshiri bent over and took it. We didn't even put up a fight. I have no doubts they wanted to use us as an example and hate us, but I doubt we would have gotten the same punishment with competent ownership. Their rules are a farce that they can't even enforce. It's pathetic.

And had to suspend the player whilst other clubs in similar situation could use theirs with no sanctions. Losing money.and losing the input of that player on the field for no less than a full season.
