Boss photos you've taken

Red Kite, Gigrin farm, mid Wales.
In 1993 there was thought to be just one pair of breeding Red Kites left in the Country, they roosted on Gigrin farm and then the Government brought in a law that said all dead animal carcasses should be incinerated or buried, this would almost certainly mean the end for the Red Kites as this is its main source of food.
So the RSPB approached the farm owner and asked if they would feed the Red Kites at least through the harsh winter, the Kites flourished and numbers grew and now its thought there are at least 600 in Wales, and DNA tests show they are all descendent from that one female.
I went there yesterday, it's a bit of a hike from Liverpool but what an absolute joy to see so many floating on the air.
Their relatively large wingspan in relation to its body size allows them to glide effortlessly scouring for food.

It’s on my list of things to must see 👍

There’s certain parts of the Cotswolds where the sky is full off them too.
