They might be waiting to commission some new ones...
I'm guessing all those office were no longer in use? If they were, it would be grim in there, hidden behind that timeline. No natural light and just a few fluorescent tubes flickering with a sickly yellow glow. Probably mushrooms growing on the 70s ceiling tiles. The smell of kenwright's cheap aftershave still wafting through the corridors.View attachment 324992
I can see David Brent in the window
Can't they take that corrugated crap off and do something more permanent? would be great if they could structurally modernise the place, rather than just stick a branded tarp over it.Apparently they will be replaced, Mr Drone was speaking to one of the workers yesterday or day before. Seems daft to take down the old ones if they haven't already got the new ones to go up.
We have a history of doing daft things.Apparently they will be replaced, Mr Drone was speaking to one of the workers yesterday or day before. Seems daft to take down the old ones if they haven't already got the new ones to go up.
Converting the top balcony to unsafe standing.

They're not offices - they ẁere windows for concourses and lounges in the main.I'm guessing all those office were no longer in use? Would be terrifying standing up there. Like Boca juniors.Converting the top balcony to unsafe standing.
Dirty red brick mostlyWould love to see the Street End and Bullens stripped back to their original state. Not sure what’s lurking underneath but I’m sure it looks better than all those corrugated metal sheets!
