Not to be negative but he hasn't even signed for us. Hes playing for the school who, whilst they play at a decent level are absolutely nowhere near our actual academy.What a market to tap into. Hopefully it's successful.
It’s a nice problem to have. Improving as a first team and club should help attract young talent giving us more options. The better the option, the better the chance of making it or having value.….yep, super talented need to be breaking in and around the first team.
Saying that, the dynamic of the club is changing in respect of purchasing power. In recent times I’ve generally thought it a negative sign when we sent a talented youngster on loan because our squad is so poor. Now as Armstrong impresses, we have the purchasing power to bring in Rohl.
It might be increasingly difficult to break through but I still believe the super talented find a way.
