Levy gone!

I suggest you be honest.

Who is to say which Stadium is the best in the League?

I wouldnt say ours, I wouldnt say yours, who votes for the best Stadium in the League?

So yeah, be honest.
Back to the context of why it would be appealing in a Qatari takeover though:

It’s a world class venue in the centre of London that hosts a football team in the CL, hosts 2 NFL games a year, Boxing and the worlds biggest pop stars. It also doesn’t have a naming rights contract meaning they could come in and call it the Qatar airlines stadium and gain greater exposure to both the UK and US market

Seems odd to leave before a sale. Him being in a job before the sale means nothing, just like all the staff we had that were replaced as the takeover happened
Rumour is he has been the biggest blocker of a takeover with an insistence on remaining chairman - the talk is Joe Lewis has removed him using Peter Charrington in order to help facilitate the sale of the club.

Charrington is Lewis “fixer”

It isn't in the centre of London

Interesting, from the outside looking in, back in the mid 90’s when Klinsmann was signed by Sugar and the media were desperate for a 95 cup final between Spurs and United it was seen as a major signing. Football has since been changed forever, but from the outside looking looking in Levy has massively improved Spurs. Best stadium in the country, multiple champions league appearances, couple of trophies on the last 15 years (ish) which is above average for spurs as they don’t have win a trophy once every 7.5 years historically. Best stadium interesting to see where they go from here.

Obviously spurs are a top tier club, will always be, but from when I started following football to today spurs are an entirely different club and for the better.
not very subtle perce...

They’ve gotten above their station. Bang average club with 2 league trophies, if we (with 9) start feeling inferior to them because SKY tell us to then we might as well all pack up and go home.
In what way have we got above our station? The Euro super league stuff was nothing at all to do with the fans and even then I found it hilarious the likes of Arsenal taking potshots at us for that - only United, Liverpool and Chelsea have more Euro trophies than us and we’re only 1 behind United. Same CL final appearances as Arsenal - our credibility was far stronger than theirs.

The sky 6 stuff - who actually cares about that?

Well ours has won awards for a start?
